The Rockridge I Townhomes feature a spacious 3-bedroom 3-bath floor plan with mountain views. Each Rock Ridge I Townhome comes fully furnished and provides all the comforts of home. The typical 3-bedroom – 3-bath floor plan, offers approx. 2,000 square feet of space and comes outfitted with, 1-queen bed in the master bedroom, 1-queen bed in the first guest room and 2-twin beds in the second guest room. Each unit is also equipped with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Most unit floor plans feature a three level design, with the living room, dining room, kitchen and one bath on the main level. The second level has 2-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms and a private sauna, with the third bedroom located on the upper level of the unit. All units have fully equipped kitchens, including, coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, breakfast bar and dining table & chairs. All Townhomes have cable television, compact stereos, and full size washers and dryers.
You don’t need a car to visit Breckenridge — you can ride the excellent FREE bus service provided by Summit Stage (County) and the Town of Breckenridge.
Area Activities and Recreation – Summer: Golf, Tennis, Horseback Riding, Hiking, Mountain Biking, Fishing, Boating & Rafting or a day of Shopping.
